Pharr doesn't have a dedicated comic and collectibles shop. That's the plain reason people drive up to us. We're at 1136 N Closner Blvd in Edinburg, about 15 minutes north, just north of UTRGV. Anthony opened the shop in May 2023, and parking is free out front.
What we stock
New comics land every Wednesday from Marvel, DC, and Image, and we keep back issue bins that get refreshed whenever a collection comes through the door. Graded books from CGC and CBCS stay in the case, and we can submit your own books for grading instead of you dealing with shipping and paperwork.
On the card side we carry sealed Pokémon, singles, sports card wax, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh, plus PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards. Funko covers Marvel, DC, and anime, including exclusives, chases, and vaulted figures.
The buy counter is open the same hours the shop is. Bring in a collection of any size and we'll appraise it while you wait and make an offer in cash or trade. No appointment, no drop-off period.
Trade nights run monthly. Regulars from Pharr and McAllen trade face to face, and newer collectors get paired with people who know the market. We've hosted pre-show trade nights for the 956 Sports Card Show as well.
